I’m going back. Yesterday was day 1 and if I can stick with it for a month it will become habit again. I’ve never done this with a family so there are new challenges, but I feel so much better when I avoid wheat and dairy that it just might be worth it.

    if anybody can do this, I know you can. You are so good about this type of thing. Since Kevin and I learned about blood types and the right foods that fit your body specifically, it’s crazy what a huge difference it makes to feed your body what it can properly break down and digest.
