What Happens During An Artificial Photo Shoot With Two Babies

April 3, 2011

“Naftalie, please stop doing that.”

“Naftalie. STOP kicking Thompson’s head.”

Dramatic flailing into temporary depressive ruin. (Thompson is just happy to have avoided a concussion yet again.)

“Naftalie, you’re okay”.

“You can get up now, come take a picture with Thompson”.

(Super-duper positive Mommy voice) “We’re gonna take pictures and play!”.

“Okay, please don’t cover your eyes!”

“Yes, I know you have five fingers! Cool! Stay still please!”

“Okay, look up at Mommy!”

“Look up at Mommy!” (Tone gets higher as frustration rises)

“Right here! I’m literally right in front of your face! I love you!”

“Thank you Thompson!” (Frustration is slowly making its way into positive Mommy tone).

“Okay, Naftalie, okay, right here. Okay, okay, give Thompson a kiss!”

“Naftalie, that was the lamest kiss ever.”

(Naftalie finally has had enough and leaves.)

Hilarious!! I love the progression of pictures with the expressive comments. Thompson is just Mr. Chill Man….wanting to please. Naftalie has other things to pursue! Oh Shannon…..I’m going to see you all in FOUR days!! I just can hardly wait!!!

This is probably one of my favorite posts ever. Just so classic. I can just see that bratty look in her eyes. Hilarious descriptions Shannon. I love you guys.
